Contact and support
Questions about your account, a deposit or a withdrawal? These are the ways to reach us.
Live chat
When live chat is switched on, a chat button appears on every page of the site, including this one. You do not need to be signed in to use it.
When WhatsApp support is switched on, signed-in members are shown a support prompt in the dashboard from time to time. It has a link to chat with us on WhatsApp and a link to our WhatsApp channel.

[email protected]What to include
Most questions are about a payment. We can check one much faster if you send:
- the email address on your clickad7 account;
- whether it is a deposit or a withdrawal, and the method you used;
- the amount, and the date and time;
- the transaction ID, and your payment proof if you have one.
Never share your password with anyone, including someone who says they are from support.
